This bundle contains two Speaker Agreement templates:
Use the Simple Speaker Consent & Release where you need a very simple release from a speaker, performer or presenter. For example, if you’re hosting a virtual event and just want to CYA with respect to using the performances submitted by the speakers, this form is likely sufficient.
If a more detailed contract is needed, you should use the more complex form relating to live events, which includes additional provisions not included in the more basic template (such as venue, event date, refreshments, recording and press, rules regarding sales of merchandise, etc.)
